All products sold by NedermannLab are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes (Research Use Only – RUO).

  • are not medical devices
  • are not food supplements
  • are not cosmetic products
  • are not foodstuffs
  • are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any disease

The customer is solely responsible for using the products in accordance with applicable law.

Buyer eligibility

NedermannLab supplies products exclusively within Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial relationships.

Two separate and mandatory conditions must be met in order to place an order:

  • the buyer must be at least 18 years of age
  • the purchase must be made in connection with a professional, commercial, institutional or research activity

Being at least 18 years old does not, by itself, make an individual eligible to purchase products as a consumer or for personal use.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

  • are at least 18 years of age
  • have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • are purchasing the products in connection with a professional, commercial, institutional or research activity
  • are not acting as a consumer and are not purchasing the products for personal use
  • understand that the products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only (Research Use Only – RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use
  • will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

NedermannLab may request additional information to verify these conditions and may refuse orders that do not meet them.

B2B commercial relationship

NedermannLab sells its products exclusively within Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial relationships.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are purchasing the products in connection with a professional, commercial, institutional or research activity and not as a consumer.

Accordingly, the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts concluded with consumers does not apply, except where the law provides otherwise.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

The automatic confirmation received by e-mail acknowledges only that the order has been registered; it does not constitute acceptance of the order.

NedermannLab reserves the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including where:

  • the information provided is incomplete or incorrect
  • the product is no longer available
  • there are grounds to suspect that the products may be used outside their stated purpose
  • there are grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of the law
  • the displayed price was the result of an obvious technical error

Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are expressed in the currency indicated and may include or exclude applicable taxes, as stated on the website.

Payment may be made using the methods available at checkout.

NedermannLab reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
